Strictly Rose Petals is an online farm-direct fresh rose petal importer dedicated to delivering only the freshest and highest quality fresh rose petals to our customers at wholesale prices.
We highly recommend our customer or their representative be present at the time of delivery. A signature requirement may or may not be required at the time the flowers are delivered. Strictly Rose Petals will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, freezing temperatures, etc…, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx or DHL delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God.
We require that all orders be placed at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date.
Changes to an Order
If you wish to change your order you must do so at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. We may not be able to process changes to your order without 10 days notice. A change of order processing fee of $10.00 will be assessed.
All cancelled orders will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date. Requests to cancel orders less than 7 days will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.
Claims regarding flower quality must be reported to Strictly Rose Petals within 24 hours of receipt of product. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. We will always require your assistance with pictures and return of all of the products to process your claim. Please know that all claims are handled on a case by case basis.
Strictly Rose Petals will not be responsible for products mishandled by customers. Care instructions are posted online on each product page as a courtesy. Due to the farm-direct nature of our floral program, fresh rose petal care instructions are not included in each package. It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to properly care for the products they are ordering.
In case of missing petals, you MUST notify us within 4 hours of product arrival. All orders must be inspected upon arrival. Please report any damage or defects to the flowers immediately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Strictly Rose Petals due to petal damage, you may request a refund or credit of the product(s) purchased. Refunds are limited to the amount of purchase and do not include shipping and box and handling charges. Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a cause for rejecting the entire order. Strictly Rose Petals will only extend a credit or refund when the claim is made on the day the product arrives. We do not process claims made after 24 hours of receipt. After expiry of the terms mentioned above, customer is deemed to have approved the products delivered.
